Who We Are
RNB Associates LLC was launched in 2008 as an extension of our background in accounting, lending, mortgage origination and underwriting which began in 1989. Prior to 2008 we were a direct and an indirect lender of conventional and government backed loans and also provided our own in house underwriting and funding of files. We had direct underwriting authority which gave us extensive hands on experience with loan files. Since the financial crisis of 2008 we have shifted our focus to help those small and medium sized businesses who have had such a difficult time in obtaining capital. The lending environment has been a difficult one to navigate since that time.
Our prior background in accounting and having CPA firm experience as well as over 32 years of business & lending expertise positions our firm to be able to offer sound and tested advice to our clients. We take our commitment to our clients very seriously as well as their privacy and security. That is why we take extra care and precaution in handling all information.
We also can provide clients with business strategies, cash flow management techniques and other useful information to help them manage their business more effectively. We also have available for our clients a Cash Flow Management Booklet with useful information on how to improve and manage cash flow with better results. We also offer our expertise to our clients wherever possible as well.
